The rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois for the world heavyweight title is officially scheduled for Saturday, July 19, at Wembley Stadium, organizers have announced.

The much-anticipated clash between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois is confirmed. The two fighters will face off this summer in London, with the WBO having sanctioned the bout, set for July 19 at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

Daniel Dubois previously lost to Oleksandr Usyk in nine rounds back in 2023, though only after knocking the Ukrainian down with a shot the referee ruled as low. Now, the British heavyweight has the opportunity to exact his revenge.

Usyk, undefeated, defeated Tyson Fury in May 2024 to become the first undisputed world heavyweight champion in 25 years. His record stands at an impressive 23 wins, including 14 by knockout.

Meanwhile, Dubois has enjoyed a resurgence, securing successive victories. He knocked out Jarrell Miller in December 2023 and claimed a TKO win over Filip Hrgovic in the eighth round in June 2024.

His last outing saw him stun fellow Brit Anthony Joshua with a massive fifth-round KO at Wembley in September 2024. Although Dubois was scheduled to defend his IBF title against Joseph Parker in February, illness forced him to withdraw from the bout.

“I’m grateful to God for the opportunity to fight again for the undisputed championship. Thank you, Daniel, for taking care of my IBF belt — now I’m coming to take it back,” Usyk declared to his future opponent.

Get ready for a true clash of gladiators!
