HomeSportFootballManchester United: André Onana set to leave, transfer fee revealed

André Onana could leave Manchester United this summer, with the club reportedly setting his transfer fee at £20 million.

According to the Mirror, the Red Devils are willing to sanction the sale of the Cameroonian goalkeeper for a fee of around £20 million, although his departure is not currently a top priority.

Manager Ruben Amorim is said to be focusing first on strengthening other areas of his squad. United are interested in signing Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens but are also reportedly open to keeping Onana for another season.

However, the 29-year-old could be sold if the club receives a suitable offer. Onana joined Manchester United from Inter Milan in 2023 for a reported £47.2 million deal but has so far failed to live up to expectations.

The former Ajax goalkeeper has made 96 appearances for United, conceding 144 goals and keeping 23 clean sheets. He has often made headlines for high-profile mistakes during his time at Old Trafford.
