Manchester: Uninsured, André Onana’s Lamborghini Seized by Police

HomePeopleCelebrityManchester: Uninsured, André Onana's Lamborghini Seized by Police

Already under scrutiny for his on-field performances this season, André Onana now faces additional off-field challenges, as his Lamborghini has been seized by police for lack of insurance.

This is an incident André Onana would have preferred to avoid, especially given his current situation at Manchester United, where he has faced significant criticism for his sporting performances. The Red Devils’ goalkeeper saw his Lamborghini Urus seized by English police on Wednesday.

According to The Sun, the Cameroonian goalkeeper was a passenger in the SUV, which was being driven by one of his friends, when the vehicle was stopped by law enforcement in Greater Manchester.

The British tabloid reports that the €400,000 vehicle was identified by an ANPR camera as uninsured and subsequently impounded. The 29-year-old player now has 14 days to prove ownership of the Lamborghini and provide valid insurance. If he fails to do so within this period, the SUV will be sold or destroyed.
