On Monday March 24, 2025, the Supreme Court’s assessment commission made public the results of the magistrate aptitude test held on March 10.
Of the 42 applicants, only 19 succeeded in obtaining a minimum mark of 12/20, the threshold required for admission.
A rigorous process to guarantee excellence
The aim of the test was to select highly qualified profiles, capable of working with rigor and impartiality within the country’s highest court.
The organizers insisted on strict selection criteria, emphasizing legal skills, file analysis and professional ethics.
Next step for successful candidates
From now on, the 19 successful candidates will have to complete the administrative procedures required for their official integration into the Supreme Court. Their success marks a milestone in their careers, and testifies to the high standards required to occupy such a position within Benin’s judicial system.
