Recently, rumors have been swirling about Burkinabe celebrity Aïcha Trembler being pregnant. In response, her manager has quickly stepped forward to clear the air, officially denying these allegations.

Social media was abuzz with speculation that Aïcha Trembler, the rising star of dance in Burkina Faso, was expecting a child. The rumors were rampant, even pointing to her stage partner in the “DJ Domi and Aïcha Trembler” duo as the presumed father of the child. This came as a shock to fans who know Aïcha as the 19-year-old prodigy thrown into the ruthless world of showbiz, initially in her native country and then through tours in Ivory Coast and Europe.

In the face of a whirlwind of conjecture and unflattering comments directed at DJ Domi, the man responsible for revealing the dancer’s talent, clarification was demanded. Aïcha Trembler’s manager spoke out quickly, providing a formal denial of the pregnancy allegations, according to statements reported by Ivorian media outlet Afrique sur 7. According to the Ivorian media, a Burkinabe media outlet got in touch with the manager, who denied the news, setting the record straight and thus calming the storm of rumors. “Actually, it’s just people who posted like that, they didn’t say ‘Aïcha Trembler,’ so right now it’s Aïcha Aïcha Aïcha, everyone is alluding to Aïcha Trembler. So people started to publish saying Aïcha Trembler. So we also ride on that, as it’s for communication, it works. People say she’s pregnant, we watch: it makes for communication. Otherwise, she’s not pregnant, she’s doing very well and she’s relaxed,” he clarified.
